Regulation 16
Licensee to report disease outbreak or unusual mortalities
Any licensee who has reason to believe or suspect that there is an outbreak of disease or unusual mortalities in his or its research facility shall immediately —
(a)
make a report thereof to the Director-General; and
(b)
cause the affected animals and all other animals in the research facility to be confined and isolated until further directions from the Director-General.
