Regulation 19
Offence and penalty
Any person or licensee who or which contravenes rule 3, 5, 6(2), 9(2)(a), 10(1), 13(1) or (2), 14, 15, 16 or 17 or fails to comply with any directive issued by the Director-General under rule 18(2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
