14. Licensing Officer may seize pigeons

The Licensing Officer may seize, destroy or impound any pigeon found in any public place.
(2)
Any pigeon so seized by the Licensing Officer under paragraph (1) shall be disposed of in such manner as the Licensing Officer may think fit.
