Regulation 11

Any person or licensee who contravenes rule 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 or who fails to comply with any direction issued by the Director-General under rule 10 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
