Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Housing Developers (Compoundable Offences) Rules 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.
Compoundable offences
An offence under section 4(8) or (9), 12A(2), 12B(3), 12C(5), 12D(2) or 12E(6) of the Act may be compounded by the Controller in accordance with section 27A of the Act.
