No. S 296Interpretation Act(Chapter 1)Reduction of Parking ChargesIt is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Communications has ordered that, with effect from 1st July 1997, the fee payable under the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 274/97) by a person residing in Blocks 128, 129 or 130 Kim Tian Road or Block 131, Jalan Bukit Merah for parking his vehicle in —

(a)

the multi-storey carpark at Block 134A, Jalan Bukit Merah; or

(b)

the multi-storey carpark at Block 125A, Kim Tian Road,shall be reduced from $75 per month to $65 per month.[MINCOM LTA 271-04 Vol. 5; AG/SL/2/93 Vol. 2 (HDB)]
