Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Fee for Traffic Rights Application Certificate) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2011.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Fee for Traffic Rights Application Certificate) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2011.
Fee for Traffic Rights Application Certificate
A fee of $3,500 shall be payable to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore when an application is made under regulation 2F(3) of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Cap. 6, Rg 2) and for which a Traffic Rights Application Certificate may be issued.
