Citation and commencement
This Order is the Interpretation (Singapore Food Agency — Fees) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 January 2024.
Definitions
In this Order — “Agency” means the Singapore Food Agency established by section 3 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019;“in-principle LRP status” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 282/2019);“Laboratory Recognition Programme” or “LRP” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019;“LRP certificate of recognition” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019.
“Agency” means the Singapore Food Agency established by section 3 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019;
“in-principle LRP status” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 282/2019);
“Laboratory Recognition Programme” or “LRP” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019;
“LRP certificate of recognition” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019.
Fees
The fees specified in the third column of the Schedule are payable to the Agency by the person and for the matters specified opposite in the second and first columns, respectively.
