Authorisation for proxies

A person required to make an application or a report mentioned in regulation 3(1), 9(1), 10(1), 11(1), 14(1) or 14A(1) or who wishes to apply for re-registration under regulation 14B(1), may authorise another person to make the application or report mentioned in that regulation on behalf of the firstmentioned person.
