Regulation 2
Compoundable offences
Amended byS 499/2023 wef 31/12/2021
Any offence under section 16(1)(a), (b) or (d) of the Act, or regulation 17(4) or 20 of the National Registration Regulations (Rg 2), may be compounded in accordance with section 28 of the Act by —
(a)
the Commissioner; or
(b)
a registration officer appointed under section 3(4) of the Act for the purposes of section 28 of the Act.
