5. Exempted aircraft

The following aircraft are exempt from payment of landing fees:

British military aircraft used for military purposes;

foreign diplomatic aircraft engaged on diplomatic or consular missions to Singapore;

aircraft used for Government ceremonial purposes;

aircraft owned by flying clubs approved by the Authority and operated for purposes approved by the Authority; and

such other aircraft or classes of aircraft as the Authority may approve.
