This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Republic of Singapore Navy Facilities) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 29 April 2024.

reg 2Areas declared to be protected areas

Any area described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for the purposes of sections 32 and 33 of the Act.
