Purpose of these Regulations

These Regulations prescribe the following:

(a)

the requirements for an aircraft to be registered in Singapore;

(b)

the persons who are eligible to register an aircraft in Singapore;

(c)

the manner of registering an aircraft in Singapore;

(d)

the requirements applicable to an aircraft registered in Singapore.
