SECOND SCHEDULERegulations 7(e), 8(1)(a) and 14FeesApplication for certificate of registration

1. The fee for an application for a certificate of registration in respect of an aircraft is —

(a)

if the maximum certificated take-off mass of the aircraft does not exceed 3,000 kg — $55; or

(b)

if the maximum certificated take-off mass of the aircraft exceeds 3,000 kg — $55 plus $6.60 per 1,000 kg or part thereof in excess of 3,000 kg.
