Regulation 27
Continuing operations
For the duration of its air operator certificate, an AOC holder must comply with —
(a)
the requirements of Division 2; (b)all the procedures and programmes detailed in its flight safety documents system; and (c)the air operator certificate and associated operations specifications, including the conditions and authorisations granted therein.
