Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that an accurate and up‑to‑date record is made of the details of all testing, checking and calibrations of the safety‑critical resources used to carry out the operations specified in the air operator certificate.
Subregulation 2
An AOC holder must retain the record of details required under paragraph (1) for a period of 2 years starting on the date after the record was made.
