Regulation 125
Airborne Collision Avoidance System (ACAS II)
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that every turbine‑powered aeroplane with an MCTOM exceeding 5,700 kg or an MAPSC exceeding 19, is equipped with ACAS II.
Subregulation 2
The ACAS II provided in accordance with paragraph (1) must operate in accordance with the relevant provisions of Volume IV of Annex 10 of the Chicago Convention.
