Regulation 133
An AOC holder must ensure that every flight crew member to be designated as a pilot‑in‑command for a flight of a relevant aircraft has acquired at least the minimum flight time specified in the AOC holder’s Operations Manual before commencing the training specified in Division 9 for a pilot‑in‑command.
