Regulation 84
Minimum equipment list
Subregulation 1
For every relevant aircraft in its fleet, the AOC holder must establish a minimum equipment list —
(a)
that is approved by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation;
(b)
that is based upon, but no less restrictive than, the relevant master minimum equipment list; and
(c)
that includes any permission granted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation in regulation 83.
Subregulation 2
The minimum equipment list established under paragraph (1) must be described in the AOC holder’s Operations Manual.
