Location of instruments and equipment
An AOC holder must ensure that —
any instrument or item of equipment, installed on a relevant aircraft, that is to be operated or used by a single pilot is installed so that the instrument or item of equipment can be readily seen and operated from that pilot's normal seating position with minimum practicable deviation from the pilot’s normal line of sight when the aircraft is in flight; and
any single instrument or item of equipment, installed on a relevant aircraft, that is to be operated or used by 2 pilots is installed so that the instrument or item of equipment can be readily seen and operated from each pilot’s normal seating position.
