Penalties
Subregulation 1
Any person who contravenes regulation 5(1), 6, 7(1) or (2), 8 or 15 shall be guilty of an offence under section 14(3) of the Act.
Subregulation 2
In a prosecution for an offence under paragraph (1), it is not necessary for the prosecution to prove that the person charged with the offence intended to commit the offence.
