Regulation 5

Except where the general meeting otherwise decides, notice of all motions to be discussed at the general meeting shall be given to the Secretary of the Society not less than 10 days prior to the date of the general meeting and the Secretary shall give notice of such motion to all members of the Society at least 5 days prior to the date of the meeting.
