Regulation 13

Application to review decision of Director, etc.

Subregulation 1

Any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Director, the Accreditation Committee, the Compliance Committee or the Programmes Committee may, within 14 days after the date on which the decision was communicated to him, apply to the Institute in such manner as the Institute may specify for the decision to be reviewed by the CPD Review Board.

Subregulation 2

Upon considering an application under paragraph (1), the CPD Review Board may —

(a)

affirm, vary or substitute the decision of the Director, the Accreditation Committee, the Compliance Committee or the Programmes Committee (as the case may be); or

(b)

remit the matter, with such directions as the CPD Review Board may think fit, to the Director, the Accreditation Committee, the Compliance Committee or the Programmes Committee (as the case may be) for reconsideration.

Subregulation 3

The decision of the CPD Review Board under paragraph (2) shall be final.

Subregulation 4

The Institute shall give notice in writing to a person who has made an application under paragraph (1) of the decision of the CPD Review Board on the application.
