Regulation 2
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Registrar or an Assistant Registrar in accordance with section 30A of the Act:
(a)
an offence under section 10(3), 11(2), 11A(4), 12(2), 13(3), 19(3), 20, 24(5) or 29B(1) of the Act;
(b)
an offence (including a continuing offence) under regulation 3(5), 6(5), 7(2) or 8A(3) of the Societies Regulations (Rg 1).
