reg 1Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 28th January 2014.
reg 2Application of section 126A of Act to housing estate of Housing and Development Board
The housing estate of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule is hereby designated as land to which section 126A of the Act applies.
