Regulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st November 1996.

Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations 1996 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation LTSA-S508-1996 1967, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1967.
These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st November 1996.
In the case of any management corporation constituted for any designated land pursuant to an application under section 126 as modified by section 126A of the Act, “initial period” means the period of 90 days commencing on the day on which the management corporation is constituted.
In paragraph (1), “designated land” has the same meaning as in section 126A(5) of the Act.
