Citation and commencement

Regulation 2
Prohibition of importation, sale and circulation of publications
Subregulation 1
The importation, sale and circulation of all issues and editions of the publications and series of publications set out in the Schedule are prohibited.
Subregulation 2
The prohibition in sub‑paragraph (1) applies regardless of whether a publication or series of publications is published or printed in or outside of Singapore.

Revocation and cancellation
Subregulation 1
The Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is revoked.
Subregulation 2
Gazette Notification No. 405 published on 4 February 1994 is cancelled.
