No. S 74/1985REVISED EDITION 1990(25th March 1992)[22nd March 1985]Pursuant to section 47(8) of the Banking Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore has decided that for the purposes of section 47(3) of the Act “professional relationship” shall include a relationship between a bank and a company providing microfilm or microfische services to the bank.
