Regulation 21

A member who retires on or after attaining 40 years of age and who has served a minimum period of 10 years reckonable service with the Singapore Armed Forces may be granted post-retirement benefits based on the medical schemes applicable to the member at the time of his retirement on such terms and conditions as the Armed Forces Council may, by general order, decide.
