69. Arrears
Feedback & supportExcept in so far as the Armed Forces Council may otherwise direct with respect to any particular case or class of cases, payment of a pension shall not be made in respect of any period preceding the date of the application or appeal as a result of which the claim to the award of the pension, or, as the case may be, to the continuance or resumption of the payment of the pension, is accepted.
