24. Penalties

Any person who —

contravenes regulation 5(1), 6(1), 7, 8, 9(2) or (3), 10, 11, 12(1) or (3), 13, 14(1), 15, 16(b), 17, 18, 19, 20(3) or 22(1);

contravenes any direction of the Corporation given under regulation 9(1);

fails to obey the direction or order of any police officer or any authorised person lawfully given under these Regulations; or

when required under these Regulations to furnish any information to the Corporation, a police officer or an authorised person, furnishes any false or misleading information,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
