These Regulations may be cited as the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

reg 2Composition of offences

The offences referred to in --

(a)

section 6(1) and (2) of the Act; and

(b)

the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Regulations (Rg 1),may be compounded by the Public Utilities Board in accordance with section 14 of the Act.
