Regulation 2
News published by Reuters Limited, Jiji Press Ltd and Kyodo News Service
Hard-copy bulletins of news moved through wire and published by Reuters Limited, Jiji Press Limited and Kyodo News Service for distribution to their subscribers only shall be exempted from section 14 and Part III of the Act, with effect from the date on which written notice of the exemption is given to the publishers.
Regulation 3
Revocation by notice
An exemption in respect of any of the publications referred to in paragraph 2 may be revoked at any time by written notice to the publishers.
