These Rules may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Applications and Licences) Rules.
Every application made under section 3 of the Act for a licence to keep and use any press for the printing of documents shall be made in duplicate by the applicant in such form as the Minister may from time to time direct.
Every licence granted under section 3 of the Act shall be substantially in the form set out in the Schedule.
