These Rules may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Applications and Licences) Rules.

Application for licence to keep any press

Every application made under section 3 of the Act for a licence to keep and use any press for the printing of documents shall be made in duplicate by the applicant in such form as the Minister may from time to time direct.
