This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.

Subregulation 1

Suggest a correction

Publications by government, government-aided and independent schools in Singapore and the corporations specified in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 21 of the Act.

Subregulation 2

Suggest a correction

The Registrar may, at any time, by written notice to any school or corporation revoke an exemption of any publication referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
