Regulation 14

Affixing of Accuracy Label on weighing or measuring instrument

Subject to section 40(3) of the Act, no Authorised Verifier or inspector shall affix an Accuracy Label onto a weighing or measuring instrument unless it —

(a)

has been issued with a letter of pattern approval under section 8 of the Act; and

(b)

has been affixed with a stamp.
