Regulation 17
Where the stamp of a weighing or measuring instrument has been obliterated, the Authorised Verifier or inspector who obliterated that stamp shall cancel the Accuracy Label on the weighing or measuring instrument in such manner as the Controller may specify (including by removing the label from the weighing or measuring instrument).
