Duties of Authorised Verifier
Subregulation 1
Every Authorised Verifier shall inspect and test every weighing or measuring instrument submitted to the Authorised Verifier in a fair and unbiased manner.
Subregulation 2
No Authorised Verifier shall, without reasonable excuse, refuse to inspect or test any weighing or measuring instrument submitted to it.
