Withdrawal of registration

The Commission may withdraw the registration of a Registered Supplier where —
(a)
the Registered Supplier applies to the Commission for his registration to be withdrawn; or
(b)
in relation to any weighing or measuring instrument, the Registered Supplier ceases to supply that weighing or measuring instrument.
