Regulation 6
Notice to parent or guardian to have child vaccinated
Where the parent or guardian of a child has failed to comply with regulation 3(1), (2) or (3), 4(2) or (3) or 5(1), (2) or (3), the Director may by written notice require the child’s parent or guardian to have the child vaccinated against diphtheria or measles (as the case may be) within the time specified in the notice.
