Regulation 9

Any person who knowingly fails to comply with regulation 3, 4(1), (2), (3) or (8) or 5(1), (2), (3) or (4) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
