Regulation 3

Where any conservancy and service charge, licence fee, penalty or any part thereof remains unpaid for a period exceeding 5 months from the date on which it was due to be paid, the tenant, owner or licensee concerned shall, in addition to any penalty which may be imposed under by-law 2, be liable to pay to the Town Council an administrative fee of $60.

The administrative fee referred to in paragraph (1) shall be payable only once so long as the conservancy and service charge, licence fee, penalty or any part thereof remains unpaid.
