Regulation 5

Application of payment

The Town Council may, in its discretion, apply any moneys paid by a tenant, owner or licensee under these By-laws firstly towards the payment of any penalty or administrative fee payable under these By-laws and subsequently apply any balance thereof towards payment of any amount of outstanding conservancy and service charges or licence fee.
