Books and vouchers to be produced to auditor
Every Head of Department or officer appointed by a Town Council to collect revenue shall be responsible for ensuring that all books, accounts and vouchers relating to the financial transaction of his office are afforded safe custody at all times and are produced to the auditor whenever required.
