Regulation 18

In the collection of revenue, when it is necessary to entrust receipt books to junior officers, they should be strictly forbidden from keeping these receipt books in their private premises overnight.

All receipt and licence books actually in use shall be locked up at the close of each day by the officers in charge of them.
