Secretary to advise appointment

On the appointment of any employee, the secretary shall send all necessary information concerning the terms and conditions of the appointment to —

(a)

the Central Provident Fund Board;

(b)

the Comptroller of Income Tax (where applicable); and

(c)

any other parties that may be interested.
