Regulation 39
Payment to employee upon resignation
Subregulation 1
The secretary shall discharge as soon as possible all moneys due to any employee who has resigned.
Subregulation 2
The secretary shall retain any amounts due or which may be due subject to any clarification in connection with any provident fund, income tax, moneys due to the Town Council, or any other matter.
Subregulation 3
The secretary may make such temporary adjustments as may be necessary pending final clearance.
