Right to remove or demolish
Bids for rights offered by a Town Council in respect of goods to be sold, or in respect of demolition of premises and removal of salvage or otherwise where the bidder must pay the Town Council for the award of such rights, shall be treated for procedural purposes (invitation, receipt, opening and award) in the same manner as for tenders or quotations.
