Execution of contracts and agreements
Subregulation 1
The execution of contracts, agreements and instruments of any description shall be signed by the chairman or an officer authorised by the Town Council on their behalf, and such signing shall be sufficient evidence that the documents have been duly executed by the Town Council.
Subregulation 2
For documents required to be executed under seal, section 6 of the Act must be complied with.
