Regulation 4

Application of payment

The Town Council may, in its discretion, apply any moneys paid by a tenant or an owner under these By-laws —

(a)

firstly towards the payment of the amount of any penalty or administrative fee payable under these By-laws; and

(b)

thereafter apply any balance of such moneys towards payment of the amount of conservancy and service charge or part thereof which remains in arrears.
